Isn’t it weird that something you took as hurtful or disrespectful can suddenly motivate you? Maybe that is weird. I’m not sure but let me explain myself.

The other day, the guy I’m practically in love with called me a bum. Ouch. He was playing but he had then proceeded to bring up how he missed seeing me blog and really enjoyed that side of me: being productive. I pretty much got offended because part of what he was saying was true and well the other part was because he assumed I stopped writing all together, I never did.

However, I did stop blogging and my reason why: was because I felt like I wasn’t hearing God clearly and I didn’t want to write anything without Him, or more so share with you guys anything that wasn’t directly from Him. I was also experiencing really low self esteem that was linked to some things I was dealing with [will talk about in next blog post] and lastly, I have been feeling so disconnected from Him and so consumed with everything else. I kinda got lost in sauce.

But it’s a new year. For me, my new year started February 1st, 2020 because January.... was totally a 2019 month for me. 31 day free trial? Yeah let’s go with that.

So I’m back.

Doing things a little different. A little realer.

All in all, be prepared for some raw content.

For a very long time, my full testimony was something that I was ashamed of. And when I wasn’t ashamed of it, the narrative then became: it’s too much to share, no one would care. But for the last few

Hey guys, today the word obedience has been heavy on my mind and it led to so many things after. But I really just want to share the word the Lord brought me to while I was talking to Him this morning

"But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed" - Isaiah 53:5
