Loving vs. Liking

For a second, I forgot the difference. I forgot that loving someone is so much stronger, has so much more depth than liking someone and I think it was because liking someone is so much easier. With the person you like, everything is peaches and cream. Its the honeymoon phase where you don't really argue, you don't stress, you don't really have to be committed to that one person and you are just having a great time.. Loving someone is way past that point, its arguing then making up, its laughing, its crying and it is stress but it means so much more. Its knowing that there is someone out there who would go through hell and back for you and with you no matter what. Its knowing that because you are loved, this person will do anything to put a smile on your face. That person you "like" wouldn't go through half the troubles and thats all you need to know, if you are ever stuck between two.
