We as women spend too much time empowering men and it starts in our teenage years. We care so much about being the center of a man’s world. We wake up do our hair, do our make up and hope to get noticed that day. We compete with one another in regards to, who is prettier, who is skinner, who is thicker, who has nicer hair and based off these physical features, it all comes down to, who can get the guy? From what I observe, we are so afraid to be alone, and feel the need to be loved by man, so that we could feel a sense of self-worth. We search and search for security in a man, when all we really need, lies within.

I wrote this paragraph in one my articles that will be published in a magazine soon but I thought I should share this paragraph with my lady followers. :)
